Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to establish rapport with prospective and current owners in our resort sales centers.

You will articulate the benefits of our vacation ownership programs and drive sales through effective presentations and closing techniques. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred), a high school diploma, and participation in initial paid training on our sales process and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Initial paid training covering our sales process and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our resort sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham/Destinations.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and closing professionally.
• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training.
• Meet minimum performance goals and maintain up-to-date sales information.
• Attend scheduled trainings and review performance goals regularly.
