Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in loan servicing operations with interpretation of loan documents and deadline management.
• Experience leading teams in a financial services environment with accountability for service delivery.
• Experience resolving escalations using conflict management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience setting operational priorities and driving process improvements within lending operations.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members through coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities
