Qualifications

• 5–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.

• Familiar with civil procedures, rules of evidence, and litigation best practices.
• Experience with document management and discovery processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Matter and document management: track deadlines and organize matters.
• Online matter platform management and upkeep.
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery requests; prepare dispute letters.
• Service of process management and subpoena handling.
• Draft and distribute legal holds as needed.
• Discovery support: assist with requests, review documents, organize evidence.
• Liaise between internal clients, external counsel, and stakeholders.
