Job summary

Kia is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support in-house attorneys in managing litigation and responding to consumer and commercial matters involving Kia America. You will handle intake, tracking, reporting, discovery, and coordination with counsel, while preparing responses and managing subpoenas and records requests.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with internal teams and outside counsel, and a willingness to cross-train across litigation areas.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of top-tier law firm or in-house experience.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to produce timely, executive-level reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate facts and manage discovery materials.
• Coordinate with in-house and outside counsel and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare draft objections and responses to discovery Demands and manage case closure activities.
