Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, including consumer disputes and litigation support.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proficient with matter management systems and legal technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer complaints and demand letters from intake through resolution.
• Track and maintain records of all legal matters in the LawView system.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline legal operations.
• Collaborate with dealership General Managers and leaders on legal issues.
• Support attorneys in responding to disputes, regulatory inquiries, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation strategy, discovery, and document collection.
• Assist with monthly reporting, trend analysis, and matter tracking.
• Ensure documentation and files are organized and lifecycle-managed.
• Provide guidance to dealership personnel on legal and operational issues.
• Handle various legal projects and day-to-day matters as they arise.
• Support subpoena review and analysis.
• Evaluate claims and identify risks or gaps.
