Teradata is seeking an experienced paralegal to support the legal team across employment and other litigation matters in Salt Lake City. You will organize case materials, administer legal holds, assist with eDiscovery, draft correspondence, manage document production and filings, and track deadlines diligently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Solid understanding of employment litigation processes and eDiscovery best practices.
• Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline legal work.
