Triumph is hiring its first dedicated Litigation Counsel to manage IP litigation and consumer dispute dockets. You will work with outside counsel, handle arbitration matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce disputes, while building scalable legal processes.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active state bar membership required (California).
• At least 4 years of litigation experience (firm, in-house, or both).
• Substantive IP litigation experience, incl. trademark matters.
• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate with non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP litigation with outside counsel, including strategy, budgets, staffing, and filings.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as complaints and motions.
• Respond to arbitration and pre-arbitration demands with efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Trust & Safety to reduce disputes.
• Provide practical risk assessments on litigation exposure to leadership.
• Build matter tracking, litigation holds, templates, and reporting processes.
