About the Role
Our client, a financial services firm that partners with small businesses to help them qualify for and maximize federal programs, is looking for a seasoned Georgia-licensed litigation attorney to take ownership of a high-volume docket of commercial and civil disputes. The matters center on customer non-payment, breach of contract, and enforcing contractual obligations.
This is an in-house litigation seat, not a tax litigation role. The attorney will independently run matters end to end, from the initial case evaluation and filing through discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, hearings, and post-judgment collection.
The position offers meaningful case ownership, direct access to legal leadership, and the chance to litigate without the billable-hour demands of a traditional firm.
