Confidential Employer. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney who enjoys complex legal research, persuasive writing, and meaningful involvement in litigation strategy. This role offers a primarily remote schedule with one day per week in the Atlanta office strongly preferred.

You must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and have 2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience, strong writing skills, and a willingness to handle general litigation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• 2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Willingness to participate in discovery, depositions, and occasional court appearances.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
• Appellate litigation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop compelling legal arguments.
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, litigation briefs, and other court filings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on civil and commercial litigation strategy.
• Prepare discovery requests, responses, and related litigation documents.
• Participate in occasional depositions and court hearings.
