Job summary

Prinston Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a paralegal to support Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams in negotiating, drafting, and managing commercial agreements in-house.

You will review MSAs, CDAs/NDAs, SOWs, vendor and supply agreements, and clinical trial agreements within a FDA-regulated environment, ensuring policy alignment and risk mitigation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of in-house contract experience in pharma or life sciences and must be able to start immediately in the New

Qualifications

• 3+ years reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements in-house.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences; familiarity with FDA-regulated contracting.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, IP, employment law and HR-related matters.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, CDAs/NDAs, SOWs, vendor and supply agreements, and clinical trial agreements.
• Support contracting activities within the life sciences industry and in-house policy alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Identify contractual risk and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Maintain contract templates and support contract lifecycle management processes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the Legal function.
