Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to connect caregivers and clinicians with meaningful careers. This in-house role will source, engage, and hire top talent aligned with our mission of compassion and service.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, in-house only, with pay of $18-$21 per hour. Benefits include medical plans, life insurance, disability, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare and/or sales experience preferred.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Creative, resourceful, and proactive in outreach and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent via social media, databases, job fairs, ads, and referrals
• Review applications, screen resumes, and evaluate candidate fit
• Build relationships and promote Phoenix's culture and mission
• Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix at recruiting fairs
• Promote Phoenix Home Care & Hospice as an employer of choice
• Collaborate to improve recruitment strategies
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication
