Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice seeks a Healthcare Recruiter in Springfield, MO to identify and hire caregivers and clinicians who embody compassion and service. This in-house role emphasizes relationship-building and strategic outreach to fill critical positions.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while promoting Phoenix's mission and culture. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and pay in the $18–$21 hourly range.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare and/or sales experience preferred.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Creative, resourceful outreach and engagement.

Location: Springfield, MO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (In-house only)
