Job summary

Wordsmith is reshaping how in-house legal teams operate by integrating AI-enabled workflows into a single platform. The GTM Legal Engineer will guide legal departments through shifts in commercial processes, from discovery to adoption, collaborating with Account Executives and product teams.

You will bring a JD and in-house experience to translate legal needs into practical product requirements, while helping to articulate the business case for AI adoption across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with in-house experience central to the role.
• Ability to engage credibly with legal leadership, ops, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM across the full sales cycle to support in-house credibility in discovery, demos, and negotiations.
• Lead product feedback loops with legal ops and embedded engineers to shape roadmap.
• Translate in-house legal needs into clear product requirements for AI-enabled workflows.
