OKX in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Legal professional to join the Global Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations team. You will review subpoenas, court orders, and government requests, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and interface with external counsel.

The role requires a JD with bar admission in at least one US state, 4+ years of litigation experience, and strong written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• JD and admission in good standing in at least one US state.
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, financial institution, fintech or government agency.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment across global time zones.

Responsabilités

• Review and respond to subpoenas, Section 1782 applications, garnishments, and court orders.
• Interface with opposing counsel and manage productions through to closure.
• Coordinate with OKX’s international legal process and global litigation teams.
• Respond to US law enforcement requests and government process escalations.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and standard responses; embed AI to drive efficiency.
