OKX is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Employment Law to support global employment matters across the company and affiliates. The role reports to the Global Head of Employment Legal and is based in US offices with a hybrid work model.

The candidate will advise HR, finance and compliance on investigations, immigration, and employee relations, and manage employment litigation with outside counsel. A strong track record in a fast‑paced crypto or tech environment is preferred.

• 7+ years of experience handling international employment matters.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
