OKX is seeking a Deputy General Counsel for Employment to lead global employment matters reporting to the Global Head of Employment Legal. This role will collaborate with HR, finance, and compliance teams and can be based in San Jose or New York, with a focus on the US and worldwide operations.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience in employment law at a top law firm and/or in-house, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in the US.
• 9+ years of experience in employment matters at top law firms or in-house.
• Experience advising on cross-jurisdictional matters with global teams.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidance.
• Proven track record drafting employment agreements, incentive plans, and severance agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global employment, HR, and recruiting matters for OKX and affiliates.
• Provide legal advice to HR, finance, compliance, and recruiting on employment issues.
• Oversee employment litigation/arbitration and supervise outside counsel.
• Advise on internal investigations and employee interviews.
• Collaborate with legal and business partners on retention, compensation, immigration, and benefits.
• Build structured, best-in-class employment legal processes.
• Partner with senior regional leadership to implement strategic direction.
