Frontline Wildfire Defense seeks an experienced General Counsel to serve as the top legal advisor and strategic partner to the executive team. You will report to the COO, lead the contracts team, and drive legal strategy across contracts, compliance, risk, governance, employment, privacy, and product matters.

You will head the legal department, manage outside counsel, and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting the company’s interests in a fast-growing climate-tech environment.

Qualificações

• JD and active bar membership; 10+ years in practice and 3+ in-house.
• Strong construction law and commercial contracting experience.
