Job summary

Prizeout, a New York City based fintech, is seeking an experienced corporate & technology transactions attorney to join our legal team. You will advise on governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory issues, and oversee major corporate transactions including fundraising and potential mergers.

The role requires NY Bar admission and 3–7 years in commercial/tech transactions and privacy law, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD from a top law school and be admitted to the NY Bar.
• Experience in commercial/technology transactions and privacy law (3–7 years).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee corporate transactions, fundraising and mergers.
• Counsel product teams on data privacy and regulatory compliance; manage outside counsel.
• Ensure employment-law compliance and maintain organized legal records.
