Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex technology contracts and MSAs.
• Advise on data governance, privacy, and HIPAA/regulatory matters.
• Develop regulatory strategy for state and federal requirements.
• Support corporate governance and M&A due diligence when needed.
