Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join its Boston team. This 100% on-site, full-time role reports to the General Counsel and provides practical legal guidance across a broad range of matters in a fast-paced professional services setting.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, active U.S. Bar membership, and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong contract negotiation and governance capabilities and exposure to restructuring or

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department.
Specialized knowledge in contract negotiation and corporate governance; experience in restructuring/insolvency preferred.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client engagements, vendor agreements, and strategic arrangements.
Support entity management, board matters, and internal governance practices.
Advising on U.S. and international employment laws, tax implications, permits, and data protection frameworks (GDPR and U.S. privacy laws).
Assisting with Chapter 11 proceedings, receivership matters, court-mandated actions, and fiduciary engagements.
Managing litigation, disputes, and claims, including coordination with external counsel.
Conducting legal research and establishing internal controls to minimize regulatory exposure.
