Qualifications

• J.D. required.
• Licensed to practice in New York or eligible to waive into practice.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, contract drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to multiple business units across the organization with autonomy and responsibility.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Support ongoing and emerging regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Assist with legal matters related to strategic corporate transactions, including acquisitions and integration activities.
• Manage and coordinate outside counsel when appropriate.
• Partner with senior legal leadership and provide legal guidance on a broad range of business issues.
