Job summary

Delaware North is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join the team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, conduct legal research, and provide strategic guidance across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school, NY Bar preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, in-house or large law firm environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Conduct research for diverse business topics
• Provide legal advice on contracts, risk management, and compliance
• Spot issues and develop strategies to mitigate risk
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and pre-litigation matters
• Support business development with due diligence and onboarding
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure quality work product
