Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation and transactional law experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Quinn Company, a top-performing Caterpillar dealership with more than 100 years of industry leadership is seeking an In-House Counsel, Contracts to support our commercial operations. Reporting to the CFO, this role provides practical legal guidance on contracts, risk management, and insurance matters while working closely with senior leaders, operations teams, customers, and vendors.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service, rental, vendor, and construction contracts
• Advise leaders and operational teams on contract terms and risk mitigation
