Job summary

Larson Maddox is seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Attorney to join our legal team in California. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts supporting site development, construction, and business operations, while advising internal stakeholders on risk and compliance.

The role requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, active California Bar membership (or readiness to register as in-house counsel) and at least five years of commercial contracting experience in relevant sectors.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and support additional legal projects as needed.
