Overview

Our client, a large manufacturer of diesel engines and electric vehicle parts, is seeking an attorney to support the legal team with commercial contracts, sourcing agreements, and other business-critical transactions.

Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, sourcing agreements, vendor agreements, and related legal documents.
• Ensure agreements comply with company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, finance, operations, and business teams) to facilitate contract execution.
• Assist with contract tracking, organization, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The position is part-time or full-time flexible, with an expected engagement period of 6–12 months.
