• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements with a focus on sell-side contracts.
• Identify legal/commercial risks and propose practical, business-friendly solutions.
• Provide legal support for commercial matters and customer issues as they arise.
• Conduct legal research and develop guidance, templates, and playbooks for business teams.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and other legal service providers.
• Contribute to Legal Department initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide cross-functional support inside and outside the Legal Department.
