Job summary

OKSI is seeking a hands‑on Corporate Counsel – Contracts to support day‑to‑day contracts and business operations in the United States. You will own NDAs/MNDAs, draft and negotiate commercial and government contracts, and work with multiple teams to apply templates, risk tolerances, and fallback positions.

You will handle routine to moderately complex agreements, escalate complex matters to the fractional General Counsel, and collaborate across compliance, procurement, finance, HR, engineering,

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 3–10 years of relevant legal experience, in-house or law firm.
• Substantial hands-on experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate customer, vendor, and supplier agreements, SOWs, and amendments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for NDAs/MNDAs and manage from intake through signature.
• Manage assigned legal matters from intake to resolution and improve templates and playbooks.
• Provide day-to-day legal support on governance, IP, data privacy, and vendor disputes.
• Elevate novel or complex matters to the fractional General Counsel with recommendations.
