Job summary

OKSI (Opto-Knowledge Systems, Inc.) is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle across federal and commercial agreements. You’ll work directly with our Contracts, Program Management, and Business Development teams to keep contract administration moving accurately and on schedule.

The role emphasizes drafting and reviewing PSAs/MSAs, administering NDAs, subcontracts, and teaming agreements, and ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance while supporting audits and reporting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, procurement, or acquisition.
• Familiarity with contract vehicles: FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and IDIQ.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across program, finance, and BD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer government prime contracts and commercial agreements from pre-award through closeout.
• Draft and review PSAs and MSAs; Administer NDAs with partners, teaming organizations, and vendors; track renewal dates.
• Support procurement and subcontracting; issue subcontracts and teaming agreements; monitor performance and invoicing.
• Review contract terms and flow-down requirements for FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS; support audits and maintain CDRLs and reporting obligations.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and assist internal and government audits.
