Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall estimating is preferred.
• Willingness to visit job sites and meet GCs.
• Ability to collaborate with ownership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial drywall estimates (80-90% commercial).
• Perform takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff & QuickBid (preferred).
• Estimate projects typically ranging from $250K-$650K.
• Occasionally support larger projects (up to ~$2M).
• Follow up with GCs to sell and clarify bids.
• Visit jobsites to improve estimating accuracy and productivity.
• Build relationships with field teams and contractors.
• Collaborate directly with ownership and operations.
• No formal project management responsibilities.
