Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial estimating, specifically in drywall and metal stud framing.
• Proficiency with OST and Quick Bid for preparing accurate bids.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes.
• Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules.
