Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall, framing, and acoustical scopes.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete coverage.
• Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate with project managers on awarded jobs.
