Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and track payments.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, and loan accounts.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain subcontractor files including W-9s and contracts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare routine financial reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with CPA and other financial partners.
• Utilize Builder Prime CRM to maintain records and data.
