- JD from an accredited law school with active US state bar admission.
- Experience advising tech firms on emerging AI regulatory regimes.
- Ability to translate statutes into practical compliance programs.
- Experience engaging regulators, enforcement agencies, or standards bodies.
- Strong communication for technical, policy, product, and business audiences.
Responsabilités
- Lead US AI regulatory work, including readiness and day‑to‑day guidance.
- Design end‑to‑end compliance programs and publish frameworks.
- Monitor US federal/state and international developments and advise on impact.
