Deep expertise in UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act.
Experience building scalable regulatory compliance programs in fast-moving tech.
Ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical product and operations guidance.
JD and license to practice in CA.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary legal expert on Online Safety Act, Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and related regulations.
Lead design and implementation of scalable compliance programs, governance frameworks, and controls.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Safety, Policy, Operations, and Security to translate obligations into product requirements.
Monitor emerging regulations and enforcement trends; shape the company’s compliance strategy.
Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, escalation paths, and decision frameworks for fast development with controlled risk.
Support engagement with regulators, external counsel, industry groups, and stakeholders as needed.
