Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to support Intensive Behavioral Health Services across York and Adams Counties. The role works with children and adolescents, implements treatment plans, and collaborates with a master’s level clinician to transfer skills to clients, families, and the team.

The role requires PA clearances (ChildLine, State Police, FBI) and mandated reporting training.

Qualifications

• 1 of: High School Diploma or equivalent + 40-hour RBT training certification (40 hour training can be provided by TrueNorth upon hire).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing behavioral health services.
• BCaBA certification.
• RBT certification.
• BCAT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with children/adolescents who have behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Implements the Individualized Treatment Plan and behavioral plan with emphasis on transferring skills to the client, family, and team members.
• Utilizes research-based treatment approaches (e.g., ABA, CBT) as identified on the client's treatment plan.
• Works as a team member with a master's level clinician (e.g., BCBA, Mobile Therapist).
