Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field with clinical practicum.
• Active Pennsylvania LBS license required.
• At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally (100% travel for community-based services).

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy aligned with goals.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in care.
