Job summary

QuantumCare Wound Care in the United States is seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding mobile wound care team. You will perform in-home and in-clinic visits, conduct health assessments, and manage both chronic and acute conditions while delivering advanced wound care.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a flexible, supportive environment, with travel to patient homes and partner facilities as part of mobile care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in NE or IA.
• Experience in wound care, home-based care, or geriatric medicine preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; travel to patient homes and partner facilities.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently with mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care for complex/non-healing wounds, including assessment, debridement, and treatment plans.
• Deliver mobile wound care in patients' homes or facilities; ensure comfort, accessibility, continuity of care.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions with a whole-patient approach.
• Document all encounters, treatments, and progress in the EMR per standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and organizational protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our expanding mobile care team. Core Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care treatment for patients with complex or non-healing wounds, including thorough assessment, debridement, and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver mobile wound care services directly in patients' homes or care facilities, ensuring comfort, accessibility, and continuity of care.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions using a comprehensive, whole-patient approach.
• Accurately document all patient encounters, treatments, and progress in the EMR system in accordance with organizational standards.
• Actively participate in care planning and coordinate with internal and external support teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure strict compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and organizational protocols governing wound care services.
• Other duties as assigned.
