JR & Co., Inc. is seeking a Residential Sales Representative–Windows & Siding to drive in-home consultations, educate homeowners, and close sales with uncapped commissions.

You will build trusted relationships, present clear proposals, and coordinate with crews to ensure delivery of quality exterior projects. Based in Kansas City, MO, this full-time, in-home role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years B2C sales experience preferred, in-home sales a plus.
• Exterior remodeling or construction background is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to assess exterior needs (windows, siding).
• Educate customers on options, energy efficiency, materials, and warranties.
• Present proposals and pricing, walk through financing options, and close sales.
• Take measurements and note details to ensure smooth installations.
• Generate opportunities via referrals, past customers, canvassing, and community presence.
• Coordinate with estimators, production, and install crews to align promises with delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of appointments, proposals, and follow-up activity.
• Represent JR & Co. professionally at events and home shows.
