Qualifications

• 1-3 years B2C or B2B sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Construction/roofing industry background preferred, but not required.
• Canvassing sales experience preferred.
• Prior storm restoration industry experience preferred.
• Cold calling and acquisition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with decision-makers by prospecting, networking, and opening doors in targeted markets.
• Generate and grow a healthy sales pipeline through strategic partnerships and active lead development.
• Engage clients to uncover needs, identify growth opportunities, and close new business.
• Create and present compelling, customized proposals that showcase JR & Co.’s full capabilities.
• Partner with Estimators and internal teams to price work accurately and negotiate contract terms.
• Provide light project oversight after the sale by staying connected from kickoff through completion to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Represent JR & Co. professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track opportunities, proposals, and business development activity.
