Sexton Roofing & Siding is seeking an in-home sales professional to diagnose homeowner needs, present clear roof, siding, and window solutions, and close profitable contracts. You will build proposals, manage timelines, and supplement company leads with your own referrals.

Expect ongoing training, a flexible schedule, and a clear path to advancement. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with potential bonuses, and a company truck to support field work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable presenting price and closing in person.
• Working knowledge of roofing and siding terminology, or the ability to learn it fast.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments for roofing, siding, and window projects, diagnosing the homeowner's needs and building a solution around them.
• Build and present clear proposals with scope, pricing, and timeline, so homeowners know exactly what they're buying.
• Close contracts that are profitable for Sexton and fair for the homeowner.
• Supplement company-generated leads with your own referrals and networking.
• Hand off closed projects to production cleanly, with accurate scope and homeowner expectations documented.
• Keep your product knowledge current through ongoing training on materials, systems, and sales technique.
• Work with your manager on a growth plan tied to your income goals and career trajectory.
