Champion Window and Home Exteriors seeks a Factory Sales Representative (FSR) to deliver an exceptional in-home sales experience by educating customers and offering tailored home improvement solutions. You will be a primary customer-facing representative, building trust and guiding clients through product options.

This role requires self-motivation, professionalism, and the drive for excellence in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Training and lead support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to earn customer trust.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales appointments by building trust and educating customers on Champion products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home improvement solutions.
• Build and present detailed proposals using a consultative, solution-based approach.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining integrity and alignment with Champion's standards.
• Complete and submit project documentation, contracts, and payment information promptly.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Support customer interactions at showrooms and participate in local shows as assigned.
