Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-home sales and educate customers on Champion products and services.
• Present detailed proposals using a consultative, solution-based approach and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend home improvement solutions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings to enhance product knowledge.
• Support showroom and local home and garden shows as assigned.
• Complete project documentation and payment information accurately and timely.
