Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking a Factory Sales Representative (FSR) to deliver an exceptional in-home sales experience. You will educate customers, build trust, and present tailored home improvement solutions at the customers’ homes.

You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with pre-qualified appointments and ongoing coaching. A strong emphasis on communication, drive, and professional presentation helps achieve high sales results and career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for in-home consultations and closing deals.
• Prior in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; further education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-home product solutions and conduct consultations with customers.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored home improvement proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining integrity and Champion's standards.
• Complete and submit contracts and payment information promptly.
• Attend daily sales meetings and participate in training sessions.
