The role includes four weeks of paid training, a draw option, and a broad product lineup including sunrooms, windows and doors.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and driving record standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales appointments and present product options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend home improvement solutions.
• Build proposals and close sales while upholding company standards.
