Job summary

Carroll Water Systems, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to engage homeowners during scheduled appointments and educate them on water treatment options. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads and learn our sales process through hands-on training.

You will evaluate water quality concerns, present solutions, and close sales in customers’ homes, then follow up to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, manage appointments, and follow through with customers.
• Comfort presenting solutions and discussing purchases in customers’ homes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
• Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Present and sell water treatment systems using a consultative approach.
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage company-provided leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation.
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience from consultation through follow-up.
