Carroll Water is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to educate homeowners about water treatment options, using company-provided leads and pre-scheduled appointments. You’ll present solutions, close sales in customers' homes, and build lasting relationships in the Chantilly area.

The role offers a base pay during the ramp period with uncapped commissions and biweekly pay. Training is provided, and a strong sales mindset can lead to six-figure annual earnings for top performers.
