Job summary

Carroll Water Systems, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners during scheduled appointments and guide them to the best water treatment solutions. You will learn our products and sales process through hands-on training and work with pre-qualified leads.

No cold calling is required, and you’ll travel to customers’ homes throughout the assigned area. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong customer service, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage appointments and follow through with customers.
• Comfort presenting solutions and discussing purchases in customers’ homes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving/insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.

• Follow up with prospective customers and manage company-provided leads.
