Job summary

Reynolds Water Conditioning Co. is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to directly engage homeowners, assess water quality, conduct testing, and recommend customized treatment solutions.

Success depends on trust-building, educational guidance, and driving purchases that improve water quality and daily life. You will conduct in-home consultations, product demos, and presentations, travel to client appointments, and actively pursue leads and referrals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train a motivated individual.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate water quality concerns and perform water testing.
• Conduct in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Recommend customized water treatment solutions based on customer needs and household water conditions.
• Build trust-based relationships that lead to sales and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and proactively generate referrals and additional business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of water treatment products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Represent Reynolds Water Conditioning at home shows, community events, trade shows, Chamber of Commerce events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and grow business.
