Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments, assess water quality concerns, and present water treatment solutions. You will build trust through a high-quality customer experience and follow up on pre-qualified leads from our marketing team.

This role offers a base salary plus commission with a transition to an uncapped commission structure.
