Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing residential plumbing or mechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid state issued license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage service workload and schedule visits.
• Document work and parts used.
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair tubs in customers' homes.
• Diagnose issues and determine repairs.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and coordinate parts returns.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Educate customers on product operation and care.
• Identify recurring issues and report findings to management.
• Perform installation, service, repair and maintenance duties as assigned.
